I'm a senior product designer and researcher who builds human-centered products for the public.

For the past 10 years, I've used design and research to facilitate team decisions and build sustained connection between organizations and the people they serve.

Most recently I led the product design team at 18F, where we collaborated with federal agencies to fix technical problems, build digital products, and improve public service through technology.
