I'm Christine, it's nice to meet you.

For over 10 years I've led design strategy for mission-driven teams and startups as a team lead and senior product designer.

I optimize for clarity over cleverness, designing a system over a one-off, and empathetic leadership.

My career includes hearty portions of establishing design practices, building healthy teams, and guiding product strategy through research, with a side of UX engineering and visual design.

Currently, I'm a Senior Designer at Compiler, and previously worked 18F and the Massachusetts Digital Service.
